Evan Ogborn

Evan Ogborn joined Pretend Friend as mandolinist in 2017. Ogborn is a multi-instrumentalist who has been an active member of the Kansas DIY and bluegrass music scene for 18 years, and he has contributed original songs and musicality to Pretend Friend while honing his skills as a mandolinist.  Ogborn is the 2021 Kansas state mandolin champion and a sitting board member of the Kansas Bluegrass Association.
